Refund policy

  1. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged.
  2. To be eligible for a return, you must be able to provide Photographic Evidence of the damaged item and packaging on the day of receipt. 
  3. To start a return, you can contact us at steve.tiltman@yahoo.co.uk  we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  5. We do not issues refunds on damaged items as we would replace the damaged item ASAP to make it right for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges for an alternative item to the value of the original purchase or if the buyer wishes to exchange for a higher value item then the buyer is responsible for paying the difference and the shipping costs for the returned item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is securely packaged when returning the item as we cannot be held responsible to any damaged goods received, in which case we would contact you immediately on the day of receipt with photographic proof if the item is damaged, which will enable you to reach out to the courier for compensation.
